SERVICES

Hip Surgery

Hip replacement, also called hip arthroplasty, is a surgical procedure to address hip pain. The surgery replaces parts of the hip joint with artificial implants.

Knee Surgery

The surgeon makes an incision over the knee. Removes diseased and damaged bone and cartilage, leaving healthy bone intact. Implants the replacement parts into the thighbone, shinbone and kneecap.

Shoulder Arthroscopy

Is a type of surgery to examine or repair the tissues inside or around your shoulder joint. The arthroscope is inserted through a small cut (incision) in your skin.

Bone Prosthesis

Bone substitute materials can be defined as a synthetic, inorganic or biologically organic combination – biomaterial – which can be inserted for the treatment of a bone defect instead of autogenous or allogenous bone so the patient can recover mobility,

Fractures

We use certain terms to describe where the bone is broken, in what sort of pattern, open or closed and if it is displaced (shifted apart) or angulated. Fractures can be nondisplaced (a crack in the bone), spiral, segmented, or comminuted (multiple pieces).

Injuries to Joints

They are injuries or diseases that affect the joints, which can occur due to excessive use, an accident, a sports injury, or even some diseases such as arthritis or lupus. The most common injuries are foot and ankle, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee and spine.

"

The doctor explained my problem in detail, offered me several alternatives to prevent a possible surgery but above all he gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind.

ADRIANA MENA

"

Dr. Caloca understood my concern and dedicated himself to examine the wound where I had surgery. I thank God and the doctor because he cared about my health.
